The room was very basic, and I wished I’d asked for a different one. There’s a big, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, a pull-out sofa, and a TV. Wi-Fi was very weak, though maybe it works better when fewer people are using it. There’s just one chair, despite the nice island, which has no chairs for sitting around it. Other useful things include a small fridge, microwave, iron and full-size ironing board, and coffee pot. The bathroom is spacious and has a nice walk-in shower, but I saw signs of mold in its corners. I should’ve requested another room, but I checked in late and had already unpacked. I’m not sure I’d come back. Wednesday breakfast was very limited: cold cereal, watery eggs, questionable meat, biscuits that looked previously frozen, odd gravy, tiny servings of yogurt and muffins, plus bagels, bread, juice, and a waffle maker. No oatmeal at all. Maybe they go all out on weekends. If you’re passing through, it’s enough to put something in your system, but for me, with a selective palate, it was definitely a miss. I also needed my translator to communicate with the person restocking the food. It’s neither the best place I’ve stayed nor the worst. Still, when you’re wishing you had a different room, you know there’s a problem.

We stayed at Comfort Inn in Bellevue in January 2026 after the ice storm knocked out our power. The whole crew was kind, and we’re especially grateful to Abby. During an incredibly difficult time, she worked tirelessly to make sure guests were comfortable. She was patient and helpful, and even spent time sitting with guests in the lobby during her very long shifts to help them use the NES outage website. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but I’ve never seen anyone show hospitality the way Abby did. Thank you all. We’re so grateful for your care and hard work.

The rooms and facilities were nice, but what stood out most was how the staff helped people during the ice storm. With Nashville covered in ice and so many people looking for shelter, the whole team kept working hard. Abby at the front desk was especially kind and helpful to my family. We’re grateful for her support.

We stayed two nights while visiting family. The staff were always friendly and checked that everything was okay, and our room was clean and spacious. The parking lot is a bit tight, which was my only complaint.

The breakfast area was comfortable, the food was good, and the hallways and rooms smelled nice. We were greeted kindly when we arrived, and I was looking forward to our stay. But the housekeeping and the way the problem was handled left us very disappointed. At check-in, Abby asked if we wanted housekeeping, and I said yes. We left Friday, November 28th at 9:45AM and got back around 1PM. The trash had been emptied and we had fresh towels, but the beds weren’t made. At the desk, I was told it was because we’d left things on them. Nobody had told us about that policy, and the explanation was that they hadn’t thought to mention it. They said they’d put us on the list for housekeeping the next day. On Saturday November 28th, we left at 9:25AM after clearing the beds so the room could be fully serviced. When we returned at 2:15PM, the beds still weren’t made, the trash hadn’t been taken out, and there were no fresh towels. I went downstairs again and told Abby the room hadn’t been serviced at all. She gave me fresh towels and washcloths, along with an extra comforter I’d requested. Another woman offered to go into the room and asked for the number. When I told her it was 301 and asked if we now had to leave for the room to be serviced, she clarified that she was maintenance, not housekeeping. I was frustrated that the ball had been dropped twice. I emailed the manager right away, but they can’t be reached by phone until Monday. I included photos of the room as we found it, including what it looked like after I came back from the desk with the towels and comforter. This was a deeply disappointing stay, and I don’t think this is how a hotel should be run. Staff need retraining. If one person misses something, it’s a team problem, and responses like “I’m not the so and so” or “that’s not my job” don’t help. I work in dentistry and would never explain a missed task to a patient that way. It was completely unacceptable.
