Comfort Suites Nashville near Percy Priest Lake

The breakfast was really good, but the rest of the stay was awful. We checked in at midnight, and our sons went up to the room ahead of us. Someone was asleep in the bed, with clothes on the floor. The room phones didn’t work, and the pull-out couch mattress cover had a bunch of disgusting stains.

At midnight I was left sitting there without a room, completely dumbfounded. I’d booked online and thought I was getting a confirmation call, but the receptionist asked whether I was sharing with someone because the reservation said one adult but had two beds. I told her I was alone. She kept going on about the two beds and said she would cancel my reservation. Excuse me? Why can reception do that? When I showed up and asked for a manager, she refused. Only after threatening to call Metro did she contact the manager. He was on speaker and not helpful at all. The next thing she said was that my reservation was canceled. How can she do this to people?

The beds are definitely comfy, and there’s an indoor pool. Breakfast is the best: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, muffins, cereal, omelets, and waffles. The people are good, they don’t recharge your deposits, and there are Samsung TVs. It’s a little outdated, but this is my favorite. You can’t go wrong here.

Peach was the best hotel concierge I’ve ever experienced. Every day she worked, she went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The cleaning staff did a great job too, keeping our room stocked with towels and products. The hotel was very clean, had a great location, and the staff were excellent. Thanks for a wonderful six-night stay. I’ll definitely book here again when I’m back in the area.
