The bed was fantastic, the room spacious, and the bathroom was nice. The towels and sheets smelled great, which I really appreciated. It was fairly quiet, and staff checked in by text to make sure I was all set. I knew when booking that it was a bit away from most things. I’d stay again next time I’m in Nashville.

The noise went on all night. Other guests were partying, and I could hear a lot through the paper-thin walls from the neighboring units and outside, including traffic and loud cars. They provide a white noise machine and a jar of foam earplugs, which tells you something. There’s no full-time manager on site. One night the keypad failed and locked me out. The provided phone number disconnected several times, texts weren’t answered right away, and the website chat didn’t work. It took 20 minutes to reset the keypad. The agent who helped was very nice and polite, but getting help was frustrating, especially with nobody there full time.

The apartment was conveniently close to downtown and major freeways. Staff were the highlight: friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the stay. They checked in several times, left a thoughtful hospitality gift, and even brought inside an Amazon package so it wouldn’t get stolen. The unit itself had plenty of drawbacks. The walls and doors were scratched, some doors wouldn’t close properly, and storage was scarce. Neither bedroom had a dresser, and the bathroom vanity had little cabinet space. There were only three hangers in each bedroom, nowhere near enough for two people staying a week. The kitchen only had coffee, tea, and sugar. The three-level layout was inconvenient too. The entry is on the first floor, with the bedrooms and bathroom on the middle level. The living room is upstairs, so getting to the only bathroom means going down 20 stairs.

The house was clean and well equipped, and its location made it easy to walk to several areas or take a quick Uber. Our host texted to check that everything was okay and see if we needed anything. We had enough coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper for the whole stay, with more in the cabinet, which was appreciated. Friends traveling with us had a two-bedroom place that was just as nice. It’s a good setup for multiple groups traveling together. I’d recommend it and book again when we’re back in Nashville.
