The price was very reasonable, it was quiet, and the staff were friendly. My room and bathroom were spotless. The shower had dispensers for body wash and shampoo and conditioner, and there were also dispensers for hand soap and lotion. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Nashville.

The staff were friendly and gave useful information. My room was clean, including the sheets and towels. Restaurants and convenience stores are easy to walk to, and a local driver offers shuttle rides for a very good price.

We booked this as the cheapest option for one night on the way home from vacation in Alabama, hoping to go to Broadway. We read the reviews when we arrived and didn’t feel safe. We’d heard there had been a shootout there, and the front desk had a bulletproof shield while the windows weren’t bulletproof. Other guests around the pool made us uncomfortable, and later they banged on their door and threatened us. Our door handle broke, so we couldn’t lock the door. The room was horrible. The bathtub had stains and hair, and everything looked like it needed stain remover or bleach. There wasn’t enough blanket for me and my cousin, so we fought over it all night. I couldn’t find the toilet paper because it was behind the door, and ended up wiping with a towel. I barely used the bathroom during the roughly 12-hour stay because it was so gross. I’d rather have paid $150 for a hotel than $65 for this. I wouldn’t book it, even for one night, and didn’t feel comfortable or safe.

The price worked for us, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There’s also a shuttle to and from downtown for a set round-trip price, which was a nice option.
