Ms Angelia made sure we had what we needed, from towels and dishes to help with the laundry facility. She was ready to help with anything, even while wearing a neck brace, and was such a welcoming host. Alex, the Assistant General Manager, was amazing too, as were Mandy, Angelia, Justin & Chicago. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean and organized. Really hospitable. I can't say enough about them. Thank you all. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Our keys stopped working for most of the trip, and I was also unhappy with how Mandy acted when Iretha had a question on day three. She seemed annoyed and dismissed Iretha in front of us. On the first day, someone tiredly replied, “what for?” when we needed help. I’m not sure whether that was Mandy, who I didn’t see that day, or someone else with the same energy. We were there 2/17-2/20. Angelia and Iretha were so great, especially Angelia, who was enthusiastic and knew her stuff. If I hadn’t interacted with them, service would’ve been a 2 or 3; because of them, it would’ve been 5 stars. I’m sure the job isn’t great and people aren’t paid what they’re worth. But the kind, attentive workers are definitely paid less than the people who seem annoyed by our presence.

The room was perfect, and you can't beat the location. Iretha and Angelina were top notch, and all the staff were courteous and ready to make my stay more comfortable. Honestly, extended stay hotels are the best value around. 5 Stars.

Ms Angelia was excellent whenever I needed something. My window was stuck, and she offered to move me to another room. I was always welcomed with a smile and felt right at home. The customer service is top tier.
