I’m picky about hotels, so I wanted to leave a review for someone else like me. We stayed one night while in town for the Predators game at Bridgestone Arena, and the room was clean with plenty of space for three adults. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and the huge shower had great water pressure. It was a good value for Nashville. We checked in at 3 on Friday. The front desk staff were friendly and quick, and checkout was easy with another very nice worker. The free breakfast had plenty of options: eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, coffee, and a waffle station. At 7:30 on Saturday there was plenty of food and seating, but by our 9 a.m. checkout the area was packed, so I’d go early. I’d read reviews about car windows being broken in the parking lot, but we had no trouble. We could see our car from the room, and the front doors lock after 10, with a room key needed to enter the lobby, which gave us peace of mind. It took about 20 minutes to reach downtown around 5 p.m. on a busy Saturday and 10 minutes to get back around 11. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

After I was first put in a room that smelled moldy and had no remote, the staff apologized and quickly moved me to another guest room. The front desk associate was really nice and helpful. They recognized my BW membership and remembered that I’d stayed at this location several times before.

I was there for a volleyball tournament and couldn’t have been happier with the service. My daughter had a punch of fun and said she was going to write a review. When my friends and I went to the lobby for things we needed, Manny was always so nice. He was caring, kind, and generous, kept us company, and went above and beyond to make our hotel experience great. I’d definitely come back because of him. I love this place!

The room looked beautiful and the hotel was clean, and the customer service was nice and friendly. But the mattress and pillows were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on. They should put in a new mattress, since springs were poking out, and the pillows were all harder than rocks. Other than that, it was a great stay.

It’s an okay hotel. The design and materials look cheap, but they do the job. The bathroom door needs a lock, and the sink needs more water pressure. Breakfast had really good options. It wasn’t a bad stay, but Best Western Plus is better.
