We traveled with our toy poodle and stayed two nights. At check-in we signed the pet agreement and paid a $75 fee with the incidentals card. They gave us a “pets at play” door placard, and the relief area out back was easy to reach and very clean, with doggy bags provided. The room was comfortable and bright, and the TV worked well. Using the HH app as a remote was handy. I did have to call IT to get the Wi-Fi authenticator pop-up for a gaming console. The glass shower door slid open during three of our four showers in room 305, and I couldn’t get the digital key working on my iPhone. Those were our only problems. The location felt safe and was great, though we heard some sirens from the nearby medical center. Front desk service at check-in and the breakfast staff were outstanding. We arrived after 8pm and were glad we could get dinner to go from Rock'n dough downstairs around 9pm. I’d recommend this spot to family and friends.
If you’re visiting someone in the hospital, this is the BEST option. For a vacation, it’s less convenient because the typical tourist spots are farther away. The hotel has a shuttle that makes frequent trips to the city center and Opryland, and it’s near a major highway. You’ll probably want a car or to use the shuttle. There’s little within walking distance besides a car wash and Walmart, about a mile away. The route that looks like a quick crossing on Google Maps is actually a winding sidewalk across a wide, busy intersection. In the blistering summer heat, carrying groceries back would be rough, especially anything heavy or needing refrigeration. It also isn’t a neighborhood I’d choose to walk around at night. The hotel itself feels very safe, with bright parking, staff on duty all night, and key-card access after hours. There’s a lot to like inside: friendly staff, good amenities, a nice breakfast buffet, and a great shower and bed. There are plenty of electric car charging stations and Rock N' Dough is attached to the lobby. It’s good value overall.
The rooms are always immaculate, the common areas are spotless, and breakfast has been outstanding every time. Parking is clean and secure, with EV chargers, and the outdoor fire pit is a lovely place to sit with friends in the evening. I choose this hotel over downtown options because the staff are so welcoming. I can ask for help at any time without feeling like I’m bothering anyone, which makes up for the location. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
We stopped here both coming from and going back to Atlanta. We usually stay at Hamptons, and this was our favorite so far. The kids enjoyed the pool, the fitness room was well kept, and our clean, comfortable room and helpful, friendly staff made the stay easy. We all liked breakfast, and dinner at Rock'n Dough was tasty and affordable. Getting downtown was easy too. We’ll be back next time we’re in Nashville.
The staff were quick and efficient, and our room was in good shape. Breakfast was the usual hot spread, just right before heading out. We had an easy, enjoyable stay, and it seems like a dependable place to stop in the area.
