Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville - Brentwood I-65 by IHG

The front desk team, especially Jasmine, Haley, and Krystal, made a hard few days much easier. They were staying at the hotel themselves because of the ice storm, yet were always smiling, answering questions, and helping however they could. They first gave us a ground-floor room because my elderly father struggles with stairs. When we needed to extend our stay, they rearranged things so he wouldn't have to move two floors up. I'm very grateful and would stay here again. Those ladies deserve a bonus. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good. The elevator was out for renovations, the only inconvenience. There aren't many amenities, but we weren't looking for them. Like other local residents, we stayed here while our home had no power for several days.

The location worked perfectly for us: Target and other shops are easy to reach, Fulins has the best Asian food in town, and there's a Waffle House across the street. It's also only about a 15-minute ride into town, so there's no need to pay $500 a night downtown. We stayed here during the 2026 ice storm, and the staff were there with us the whole time. They'd left their families and moved into the hotel the day before, and kept everyone's spirits up. The manager even took our reservation by phone when the systems were down. They also let guests bring pets, although the hotel normally doesn't allow them. They were a lifesaver for all of us.

Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the fitness room was clean and up to date. The breakfast bar was tidy and well stocked, and all the staff were helpful and professional. We arrived in Nashville on Friday, but a reservation mix-up meant we had to transfer from another Holiday Inn. The staff at the first place arranged for us to go to this one a few miles south. Brittany was great when we arrived and made sure we were taken care of. There was only one elevator, and it was a little slow. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay, and I'd recommend the hotel for a night or a few days.

The rooms were spotless, roomy, and comfortable, and you can tell housekeeping takes pride in keeping them that way. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well stocked. Yasmin, who looked after breakfast, was wonderful and made everyone feel welcome each morning. From check-in on, Britney and Greg at the front desk were friendly, attentive, and very professional. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it.
