I checked in at 7 pm for a 7:22 flight the next morning, but then the power went out. I have asthma and was having trouble breathing, so I asked the man on duty if I could cancel. At 9 pm he was very rude and told me to give it more time. I left and took photos to show the room hadn’t been used. He said he would refund only my deposit and parking fee. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The manager and staff are hardworking, good people. My family and I felt at home while we stayed here. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet and private. I highly recommend it if you want a home-like place with direct access to Nashville, Broadway, and Opry Mills.

I’m sharing this as a warning. I stayed here April 26-29, 2024, and it was a terrible experience. The photos made the property look good, but in person it was very run down. My partner had requested a nonsmoking room, yet the room we got clearly wasn’t one. The smell was so bad he had trouble breathing at night, and we couldn’t open the windows to air it out. I also found hair in the bed. At night there were dogs and people fighting in the hallways, and the walls were very thin.

This place was awful. Don’t get tempted by the low price; I’d rather pay more for a hotel with good service. They didn’t seem to care about guests, and our room didn’t have enough toilet paper. They said it was nonsmoking, but the smell inside was disgusting. I also paid the $50 deposit they required, but they won’t refund it even though I didn’t make a mess and they themselves said so. Now they aren’t answering my calls. If you care about yourself and your health, this isn’t the place for you.
