The room was large and livable, but it felt dated and had a musty smell, including the bedding, which seemed clean. I didn't see signs of bedbugs, and the Murphy bed seemed bug-free too, though its blankets were musty and had quite a bit of pet hair worked into them. There was trash on the floor when we arrived, and the kitchen coffee pot was absolutely disgusting. The room above us was loud both nights, well past 2 a.m. The place also wasn't handicap friendly. My mother has a bad hip and lower back, though she isn't disabled, and the walk from the parking lot to our fairly nearby room was brutal for her. There's no luggage dolly, and getting to almost any room involves going downhill. I was skeptical after reading other reviews when my mother booked it, but I try to judge places for myself. It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, though it's low on my list. I saw no signs of bedbugs, which was a plus. There are much nicer places in town, and the price difference is worth it.

The room was fantastic, and picking up a key from the mailbox for after-hours check-in worked reasonably well. The big problem was the water heater. We tried resetting it several times and waited over 40 minutes each time, but never had hot water during our stay.

It's handy for walking around downtown, but that's about all I liked. The room was outdated and the beds far too soft. For what the weekend cost, I expected the rate to be much lower. The booking information didn't say we needed to bring our own paper products. The place looks fine in photos, but photos can make a lot look good. I won't stay there again.

The rooms were spacious and had a microwave and fridge, which I was glad to have. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the location was great. It was a little dated, but my mom and I didn't mind. We'd come back. The only problems were that there was no soap in the bathrooms or showers, including the filled dispensers, and there was no room service.

The room was spacious and had a great view, but the lobby's rancid smell should have sent us back out. The room smelled musty too, and there was black mold in the vents and bathroom. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks. We took our chances with the hot tub and indoor moat, but nobody should be in that water. We had no choice but to stay, and when we mentioned the disgusting moat and hot tub while leaving, the girl didn't say a word. It seemed like she expected it.
