InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville Murfreesboro Pke

A peaceful spot in the city, close to lots of businesses like Walmart, Domino’s, Dollar General, and more. The room was clean, and the staff were kind, quick to respond, and always willing to help. Definitely recommend.

There are lots of convenient businesses nearby, and Christian at the front desk has made my stay absolutely marvelous. He’s such an amazing, helpful person. Whenever I’ve had an issue, he’s fixed it quickly and with empathy and care. His warm, welcoming smile can turn your day around when you’re feeling down.

The front desk gentleman was very unprofessional when he approached me at my car to tell me what Joe Thrailkill had said about various things, and that I wasn’t married to Joe Thrailkill. Joe had me staying at the hotel on and off in August, and I still have property in his room. Even after doing his research, the gentleman should know he’s the same person I spoke to in August when my car was towed. He knew then that we were married and that I was staying with him. Get your facts straight. He didn’t introduce himself, either. I’ve worked in hospitality for years, and he needs more training. He should stay out of guest business that doesn’t involve him. The police were called on him today so there would be a report about what happened. I’ll be contacting corporate.

Take my word for it, you’ll be disappointed here. They’re not worth even one star, and all they offer is excuses. Don’t go here, or to any In Town Suites. Pick somewhere else.
