InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN - Bell Road

The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a sleeper sofa that wasn't bad either. Mine had a brand new full size refrigerator, a full size sink, a big 4k tv, decent storage, and a full bathroom. I see nothing to complain about. The front desk Guy and Jessica are great. She checks on your room at least once a week and asks if there are any issues, then they're taken care of quickly. The maintenance man is nice, too. All around a good experience so far.

I've only been here a few days, but the staff have been amazing, and it's quiet and peaceful, which is what I wanted. I like how the room is set up. The rooms feel bland and a bit cheap, though, and could use more color and better decor for the price, even understanding that people come and go so much. It would also be nice to have at least a set of dishes and silverware to start with. All in all, I recommend in town suites!!❤️

They have rules but seem to pick and choose who has to follow them, and the charges can be higher for whomever they want. Jessica from the office went room to room making every guest leave a five-star review to make the place look good. Roaches are a serious problem, and I had black mold in all my rooms. My room flooded four different times, in four different rooms, because of neighbors. Most of my belongings were ruined and they didn't care. From 11 a.m. when they open until 4pm, the office stayed closed even though it closes at 7. I couldn't really leave my room because I had no way to get a key, and they charge $10 for one. Whatever you do, please avoid this place by all means. Don't let the good reviews fool you.

We were banned after complaining that cigarette smoke was coming into our room through the bathroom vent. We told the manager, but he acted as if it wasn't happening because, as he put it, "no one should be smoking their rooms." Maybe people aren't supposed to smoke there, but that doesn't mean nobody will. After we checked out and went to check into uptown suites in Smyrna, I found out he had put my husband on a do not rent list, but not me. I tried calling the property to ask why and got no answer. The number uptown gave me said they didn't know and couldn't tell me. Also, when I asked the price for another week, he said 500, while he was telling people of a different color skin it was only 379.
