InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN Madison

The kitchenette made the stay easy, especially with a full-size fridge and microwave, so I didn’t have to eat out all the time. My room at InTown Suites in Madison, TN was clean and roomy, the bed was okay, and everything worked. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. A couple of small things could be better, and reservations could have been friendlier. Still, it was good for the price and I’d come back for another extended stay.

I went to Nashville for a baby shower and wasn’t expecting much from my first stay at InTown Suites. I’d heard okay things, but nothing that made me look forward to it. That changed as soon as I walked into the Madison location. The staff were laughing and joking with another customer, and their humor made check-in fun. They were efficient, checked that I had what I needed on site, and made sure I was cared for. I felt like the owner of the place, they were trying so hard to impress me. My room smelled fresh and looked clean and new. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent first stay, and I’ll be back. Thanks for making my Nashville visit awesome, my loves!

I’ve been here close to five months and love the environment. The staff are amazing at getting things done, and the management now is well mannered and stays on top of things so you can have the best stay possible. Management before this was poor at handling things. They are strict about the rules, but you need structure to keep a good environment for adults, kids, and grandkids. If I can stay here, I probably won’t move. I recommend Intown Suites for a long-term stay or even temporary placement.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well managed, and I’d recommend Intown Suites to anyone who wants staff who care. Everyone was kind, professional, and ready to help. Amanda, the manager, deserves a special mention. She goes above and beyond and genuinely wants guests to feel welcome and looked after. That kind of care is rare and really appreciated.
