JW Marriott Nashville

Jayden at the front desk made check-in smooth and welcoming, and took time to make sure the stay went well. He was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, the sort of service that makes a place memorable. The JW Marriott Nashville is beautiful, the rooms immaculate, and the atmosphere polished and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

We had a high-floor corner room, with breathtaking views through the floor-to-ceiling windows from both the bed and shower, any time of day. The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was friendly, and our questions were resolved quickly. For the mobile key to operate the elevator, the back of the phone needs to be flat against the reader. Our early check-in and late checkout requests were granted during this slower time of year. The executive lounge for status members was top notch, with great coffee and snacks all day. Sunday breakfast was huge, with eggs, hot meats, several pastries, and charcuterie. Saturday evening’s hors d’oeuvres, served from 5-7pm, could almost have been a full meal, though we had dinner reservations upstairs two hours later. The lobby bar was quiet and service quick. You can take a drink out of the bar as long as you keep it inside the building. Valet was fast and professional, and we could text them before leaving our room so the car was ready when we checked out.

I work as a chauffeur for a high-end limousine company serving executive and VIP clients, and have regularly driven guests to the JW Marriott Hotel for 5-6 years without any issues. Today, 02/25/2026, I had a client pickup scheduled for 8:30 AM. I arrived about 15 minutes early, parked at the hotel valet area, and texted the client right away that I was waiting at the main entrance. A security staff member, Mr. PJ, approached shortly afterward and told me to leave. I explained that I was there for a scheduled pickup and wasn’t using the space without purpose, but respectfully left. Within 2 minutes, my client contacted me to ask where I was. I told him security had made me leave the hotel entrance, which frustrated him because he expected his scheduled ride to be at the front door when he came out. I try to respect hotel staff and valet operations. I don’t wait at the entrance without a reason, only for an active, confirmed pickup. In many cases, guests specifically ask their driver to remain there so they can leave smoothly and on time.

I visited for New Year’s and had a beautiful time. The location is great, and I walked everywhere, including to and from the Big Bash NY music festival, though I’m a good walker. The hotel is modern and has everything. I used the gym every day, and it had everything you need for an active lifestyle. The local cafe and coffee shop are amazing. It was one of my best hotel experiences in the US. The staff were very friendly, and I saw supervisors checking every amenity, even the gym, and taking care of refills right away. If your budget allows, I’d definitely recommend going. Thanks to the whole JW Marriott team for making my New Year’s celebration special.
