I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is fair, walkable to some restaurants and bars, and the reserved parking is good. The apartment sized room has plenty of space, but the bathtub cleanliness was questionable, the shower handle was loose and detached, the sofa creaked, and worst of all, the bed felt like it was collapsing. I think the slab support was probably broken. There’s no physical separation between the room areas, so opening the fridge or bathroom door makes the bedroom really bright, which is annoying. You can hear people in other rooms, especially the person walking overhead, though it wasn’t too intrusive. The hotel shares elevators and the lobby floor with a larger apartment complex. From the looks residents and apartment managers gave us, we felt like parasites and absolutely unwelcome.

The building is beautiful, and we had a really nice stay at Kasa. It’s easy to get around the walkable neighborhood, and Lower Broadway is just a short ride away. I only wish our room had a sofa. Thanks for hosting us.

The noise was unbearable, starting around 6:30 on Sunday morning and going on throughout my five-day stay. With earplugs and a white noise machine beside the bed, the warning signs were right there. It felt like trying to sleep in the bottom of a 17th-century merchant ship, or sitting courtside at the NCAA Final Four. I could hear so much about the person upstairs that I’m now looking at his daughter’s wedding registry. The shower head was clogged, and the front door only just closed enough for the lock to catch. For this price, you can find somewhere much nicer and quieter. I felt like Edward Snowden here. Avoid this place entirely. Check out the video.

The location is amazing, and honestly, I have no complaints. I’d definitely recommend staying at Kasa Nashville Music Row.

We’ve stayed at Kasa twice now, first in Savannah, and will keep checking for their places when we travel. The pricing is clear, and we’ve found them more affordable than hotels and Airbnbs, with much better service. This apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a perfect spot. Check-in and checkout were simple, and communication from the Kasa team was top notch. Highly recommend.
