Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville

The location made it easy to walk to downtown and Broadway, and our apartment had plenty of amenities, including makeup wipes and towels for removing makeup, a thoughtful touch. We spent seven nights at Kasa and couldn’t fault it. The place was very clean, quiet, and just right for us. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was especially handy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Our room was spacious and clean, and we could walk to Broadway and the nearby entertainment. The virtual front desk was easy to use, and the directions for parking, arrival, and departure were clear. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d happily come back.

A quick walk gets you to the Ryman and Bridgestone, with a Publix nearby, and the area felt safe. I could adjust the HVAC thermostat, and there were plenty of pillows and linens. They sent the room code by text a few hours before check-in, and that same number was how to reach someone during the stay. The replies were quick and helpful. The listing didn’t mention the coffee maker, which was a nice surprise.

Our group found Kasa Capitol Hill spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The app had excellent check-in information, and local restaurants, parks, and landmarks were close by. Broadway was about a ten-minute walk, maybe less, or an Uber cost around $5-8 depending on where you were going. The property sits on an incline, so some of us preferred taking an Uber for certain walks, though it’s a nice walk if you’re able. We’ll definitely be back.
