I’ve lived at LC sobro for about a year and a half, maybe longer, and absolutely loved it. I’ve had two different units, and both were spacious and nice, with that brand-new apartment feel. Maintenance concerns have always been fixed right away, and the women in the leasing office are attentive and have gone the extra mile whenever we needed help. Living downtown has been a huge benefit. We never have to hunt for parking when going to concerts, shows, hockey, or just out for drinks. The apartments are large and well kept, and it’s very affordable for the location. The community is nice too, with friendly neighbors and faces around. Moving to Nashville, this was definitely the best choice we could have made.

The staff in the leasing office and maintenance are really attentive. I’ve been here almost five years, starting in a studio and now in a two-bedroom, and I love it. The location is perfect.

I’ve been at LC SoBro for about 6-7 months, and for the price it feels like a great place to live. The pool, two-level fitness center, and other amenities are a big plus, and I’ve recommended it to friends looking near Broadway. There’s a restaurant and coffee shop on the main floor, which is handy, and it’s a short drive to everything else. The neighbors are nice, with ages ranging from about 21 to 50. The garage can fill up by 7 pm on weekdays or 8 pm on weekends, so sometimes I use the lot next door, but it hasn’t been a major problem. It’s also a good spot when friends or family visit from out of town.

The location is a big part of what makes LC SoBro work for me: Broadway is only a quarter mile away and easy to walk to, and The Goat is right in the building. For the area, the prices are some of the best I’ve found for the quality and amenities, including a full-size gym and rooftop pool with great views. I’ve lived at LC properties for nearly eight years, almost five of them here. The front office team is welcoming, courteous, and responsive. Britt and Bex really make it feel like home. Maintenance has also been dependable and quick every time. Jonathan and Richard deserve a shoutout for going above and beyond.

The studio layout works really well for cooking and having people over, since about 30% of it is kitchen. I’m heading into my second year here and haven’t had any issues in my apartment. The Goat downstairs is handy when I don’t feel like cooking, and the pool and porch are nice to have nearby. You can walk easily to downtown, and the building has great amenities. There are occasional pool or elevator problems, but they’re usually fixed promptly. Parking is tight, so getting home after 7 on weeknights can mean parking outside. It’s also close to a fire station, so there can be some noise, but that’s city life.
