I want to recognize the young man working around 11:00 AM on March 1, 2026. My key was misplaced briefly at valet, but he was the only one retrieving cars and also managing a long line of guests. Even under that pressure, he stayed calm, professional, and courteous while helping everyone. He represented the property well, and his work ethic stood out. Please make sure he gets recognized for the job he did yesterday morning. The westward-facing city view was beautiful, the location was fantastic, and the on-site restaurant had very reasonable prices. It's easy to speak up when something goes wrong, but good service deserves recognition too.

The manager, Omarion, and his valet crew made our stay run smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out, and they went above and beyond for us. We had a great visit from beginning to end. Everything was wonderful, and we can't wait to come back. I'd highly recommend this place.

We loved the restaurant food, especially the Wagyu steak sandwich and Yucca fries. The prices felt reasonable for the quality, and live music every night made for a fun atmosphere. The rooms have a fun theme too. Staff were friendly, and before we even told people it was our honeymoon, many took time to talk with us. The restaurant staff even wrote us a card congratulating us on our wedding. The marketing manager let us take professional photos there and offered complimentary champagne. The hotel is within walking distance of Broadway and lots of downtown Nashville attractions, so you can hear the bustle at night, though it wasn't too loud to sleep. The refundable deposit is sizable, so be prepared for that, plus a resort fee. We wished there were microwaves. We were also surprised the pool wasn't open year round. It's outdoors and unheated, and we were most disappointed there was no hot tub to make up for it.

We stayed one night and had a wonderful time. Parking was the only thing we didn't particularly like. We had to pay for valet or park across the street, but I guess that's what you get in the heart of Nashville. The room was incredibly clean and smelled nice, which matters to me because I'm picky about both. The staff were very kind and treated us with the utmost respect. Maybe the earlier reports of rude staff have been addressed. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely experience.

The room was clean and spacious, check-in was easy, and they gave us a welcome packet. Staff have been awesome, and they text during the stay to see if you need anything, which was really nice. It's a super quick walk to Broadway. I've really enjoyed my stay so far and would absolutely recommend it.
