Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport

Dan got a shuttle to me right after I called from the airport shuttle area, and he was great to talk with. He also pointed me toward Darfons, which was a great recommendation. I was there because my flight had been rebooked and I had a hotel voucher. At check-in, a young woman handled everything safely and warmly. I didn’t catch her name, but if you see this, good luck with your endeavors. (02-02-2026) The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well lit, and the heat worked. Breakfast was delicious. Service started a bit slowly, but after I ordered everything came out in good time, and Terrence was right on top of it. Prices were very affordable, even though I had an airline voucher. It was a short stay, but I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. I wish I’d had cash to tip Terrence. I’ll check whether he’s still there taking care of guests and his team. Housekeeping made the stay really comfortable. The room stayed spotless and I got fresh towels every day. Hanan was especially kind and helpful, and everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

The rooms were spacious and pretty nice, and the beds were comfortable, but the service was awful and I honestly wish I could get my money back. I came all the way from Wisconsin mainly for the pool. I called ahead to confirm there was one and was told yes. When I arrived, I was told it opened at 10am, even though the same girl knew it was closed because a pipe had burst. So I was lied to both on the phone and in person. I could have booked somewhere cheaper if the pool didn’t matter to me. The bathroom sink in my room wouldn’t drain, which made brushing my teeth difficult. At check-in, that same employee gave us the breakfast hours without saying breakfast cost extra, so we all came down expecting a continental breakfast. Just disappointing all around.

When we arrived, the hotel had canceled our Priceline reservation without telling either us or Priceline. They acted like they were searching for it, then made us call Priceline. Only after Priceline contacted them did they admit they had canceled it. Priceline tried to sort things out, but they still refused to restore the booking. Nobody tried to help us, accommodate us, explain what happened, or even talk it through with us. We had booked for our anniversary and had called a week before because a major snow and ice storm was coming, asking to change the dates or cancel. They said no, so we went ahead with the trip. We ended up booking another hotel, which was a bit of a relief since this lobby smelled like weed and was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
