Red Roof Inn Nashville - Music City

When I pulled up the mattress to look for bugs, there was an unfolded 3 INCH KNIFE sitting open on the edge of the bed frame, tucked under the mattress. I had a lot of questions about how it got there, whether anyone had noticed it while turning the room, and whether they’d even changed the sheets. The manager at the desk was completely unfazed when we told him and didn’t even ask which room it was in. Do NOT stay here. It was nasty, smelled bad, with grime on the walls, dirt on the floors, and gross bathrooms. I didn’t expect much for the price, but finding a knife under the bed was unsettling.

I was here during the ice storm and didn’t have breakfast. The room felt a bit dated and the neighborhood wasn’t great. The floors didn’t look like they’d been mopped in a while, and there was grime in the tub. The TV was probably the smallest I’ve seen, lol, but it worked, so that was fine.

I only stayed one night, and for the money I’d stay again. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great, and the bathroom had everything it needed. There was some funky stuff on the side of the bedspread, so I took it off and used the blanket I always bring when I travel. The smell of weed was VERY strong a few times during the night, but I still enjoyed my stay.

We had a blast and the stay was fantastic. The remodel is looking really good, and the front desk guy/owner works SOOOO hard to make everyone comfortable. The shuttle service was great, and Holly wood was hilarious!!😆
