Select Inn Hermitage

Getting into the room we’d already paid for was a mess from start to finish. I called to confirm the Hotwire reservation, and was first told they had nothing under my name. I insisted I’d booked and paid, then the manager put the phone down to what sounded like an argument with a woman in another language before coming back to confirm it. On arrival that same day, my husband was again told there was no reservation and the hotel was full. When I called, a different man put the phone down and seemed to argue with the same man and woman before they finally let my husband have the room. Even then, his key didn’t work, so he and another customer had to return to the desk for another one. The whole process was disorganized and unprofessional. I’m sure they would have kept our money and left him without a room if he’d walked away. I would never recommend this place, and I’ll follow up with Hotwire too.
