By the end of our 16-day stay, the apartment felt like home. It was modern, stylish, and bright, with lots of good places nearby to eat, get drinks, or pick up groceries. The team responded quickly and brought anything we needed right to the door. We also felt safe in the condo and around the neighborhood. We'd happily come back.

The place was cute, clean, and roomy. There wasn't a coffee maker, but the staff brought one over the next day. The half-glass shower is a poor setup, though, since water gets all over the place when you use it.

The neighborhood made it easy to enjoy East Nashville, with plenty of local bars and places to eat, including 5 points pizza, up down, and red door saloon. Broadway was only about a 10-minute Uber ride away. Around 5am, the bin trucks could make some noise and wake you, but ear plugs were provided in every room, and it didn't bother us much. We had a spacious, clean apartment with the basics covered, plus complimentary coffee, cooking oil, paper towels, and black make-up-remover towels in every bathroom, which the women in our group appreciated. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in. There was a nice deck, along with board games and recommendations dotted around. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

The location was very convenient, but the unit itself was disgusting, with dirty floors, walls, and sheets. They put us in the wrong apartment, which was smaller and cheaper, and wouldn't offer any kind of discount. For a big company, the service was disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them.
