Martin's BBQ is nearly next door and a must-do, the food was excellent. We stayed in unit 22 on the top, third floor, Sunday to Wednesday, and it was quiet. We only heard a hall door once, and even that was slight. The walk to Broadway and some great breakfast spots wasn’t too bad either. The whole place, from the entrance through the bathroom, was VERY clean, and the bed was comfortable with freshly washed sheets and comforter. It was quite dark, though, and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock or close firmly, so makeup wearers should bring a bright mirror. The heat was cranked up in the cold weather and couldn’t be turned down. We tried the old window unit in the living room on high cool and still woke up sweating, so it was good we brought a fan. We’ll definitely stay again on future trips. We did have a few too many down the street, which made the quiet a little harder to appreciate, our own fault 🤣.

I walked everywhere from this beautiful little apartment. It’s super close to anything you might want to see or do in Nashville, very clean, and they respond quickly when you have questions. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

The location is handy, right by Broadway nightlife. The furniture could use an update, and both the couch and bed were hard.

The room was quiet even with construction nearby, and there’s a parking lot. There’s no pool, but the partly covered patio is great. SoBro has small, apartment-like suites and a nice price for the area, south of Broadway. There’s no front desk, though staff are available around the clock. You get in with key codes, and the whole process was very smooth.
