Staybridge Suites Nashville - Vanderbilt Area by IHG

When we needed somewhere to stay at the last minute while traveling to Nashville for cancer treatment, Nisha helped us get it arranged. She was so kind and helpful during a really stressful situation. The rooms and the rest of the property are always clean and comfortable, but that kindness is what means the most to us. I can’t recommend Staybridge enough.

The noise from outside went on all night, with cars, motorcycles, ambulances, sirens, all of it. That’s the only reason I’m not giving five stars, since everything else was great. I loved the staff and the location, and breakfast and the amenities were great too.

The one thing that bothered me was the overpowering smell of marijuana in the parking garage when I checked in and again at checkout. I couldn’t tell whether it came from a guest, a staff member, or people walking by outside. Otherwise, this was a very nice place, and I’d stay again if I’m back in Nashville. It’s about 10 minutes from Nissan Stadium and Broadway. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, the staff were welcoming, and breakfast was decent. I also liked that you need a room key to use the elevator to the guest floors.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient and easy to get to, with Broadway and Vandy less than 10 minutes away. Breakfast was great, and the room and comfortable beds were too. Our only complaint is that we called to ask for an extra blanket. They said they’d bring it up, but it never arrived.
