Cumberland on Church has a good location, nice amenities, and a pleasant facility, but the staff are what really make it stand out. Eric on the maintenance team has been especially great. When I submit a request, someone usually comes to help within 15 minutes, and I trust them to figure out the problem and take care of it quickly.

I lived at the Cumberland for a little over two years. Things were rocky at first and weren't always good, but they began improving after the management changed. Traci and Justin have been welcome additions, and I feel confident that life there will keep getting better under their management.

My son, a musician on Broadway, moved here almost a year ago, and he's had an awesome experience. The building, location, and amenities are all great, but the people are what set Cumberland on Church apart. Audrey, Justin, and Traci run the operation with kindness, professionalism, and a lot of knowledge, and they're responsive too. Eric, Tony, and Kelly handle maintenance requests within minutes and stick with them until everything is done. They even take care of things residents might otherwise need to pay someone to do. Nights, weekends, whenever, they show up fast. I highly recommend Cumberland on Church.

We’re glad Eric and Tony are in the building. They’re the best maintenance people we’ve ever dealt with, and I’d recommend these two gentlemen for any request or need. Their work is top tier.
