After driving ten hours down from Rhode Island, I was exhausted and annoyed by the time I got checked in. I'd messaged ahead to say I would arrive late. At about 9:05 P.M., no one was at check-in, only a note saying they'd be back in 30 minutes and to call the listed number for help. Management told me to wait three minutes. I called again around 9:30 P.M. and was told one more minute. Someone finally drove into the lot around 9:40 P.M. Then I was told there was no hot water, so I had to give up on showering. The room smelled stale, and a portable garage heater was blasting even though it was already 70°F outside. There was no smoke detector, just wires hanging from where it should have been. The toilet seat was disgusting, with poop stains in the toilet too. I had to wipe the seat down with my wet wipes sanitizing hand towels. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You get what you pay for, I guess.

It's clean, inexpensive, and near the interstate, with an older building and old-school room keys plus a bolt lock that has no keyhole. The room had a minifridge, a TV, and a great heating/AC unit. Service was great, even at 1 AM. It is what it is.

We usually book pricier hotels, so we tried something different. The price was good, the service was friendly, the AC was ice cold, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. It's a decent basic room if you just need sleep. The room and bathroom were small, and the bathroom wouldn't work for wheelchair use. Our room wasn't fully ready when we arrived, which is why I'm taking off a star. There were no bath towels, and someone had left food in the refrigerator. Gross.

We ended up staying here at the last minute over the weekend, and the staff made it a good experience. The front desk was amazing during check-in and even let us have a late checkout. The housekeeping lady was absolutely wonderful, super friendly and helpful. For an older motel, the rooms were clean, and it was definitely worth the price. Thanks to the staff for being so great during our unexpected stay. We'll be back when we're visiting the area again!

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. They said it was non-smoking, but that wasn't true. The room smelled horrible and had definitely been smoked in, so we had to leave and stay somewhere else. There were also 16 pages of notices on the walls about problems with the water supply being unsafe. Don't stay here!!!
