Housekeeping deserves a special mention. They do a thorough job, and with my dogs along, I appreciate how well the pet friendly property is kept. No messes in the bathrooms and no unpleasant pet smell. The rooms have been spotless on each of my visits over the past six months, with clean, stain-free towels and bedding and no heavy chemical cover-up odor. Breakfast has plenty to choose from, which works well for a picky eater like me. The people here are the main reason I keep coming back. Kathy, the manager, and the front desk staff Patricia and Orlando are friendly and helpful, and I like chatting with them at check-in. I called to make sure I had their names right because they've made such a good impression. Two thumbs up across the board. I’ll definitely return, and I still can’t say enough good things about the team.

The lobby has lemon water, coffee, and a nice range of tea, and breakfast in the morning has a good selection too. We found the staff friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our double queen room was spacious and well cared for, with soft, comfortable pillows and blankets and good beds. A lovely, cozy hotel experience for us.

I got in three hours before check-in after a long drive from out of state, and the manager kindly let me into my room early. It was fresh-smelling and really clean, including the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. For the price, this is a really nice place. I’ve stayed a few times and enjoy coming back when I visit because it’s close to everything. The manager is pleasant and helpful, and there are warm cookies and lemon water in the lobby when I arrive. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast had a great selection, and the rooms were clean. My dogs were especially happy with the double beds. The front desk receptionists were friendly and in good spirits, greeting us cheerfully each morning. Excellent staff.

There’s plenty around the corner, including McDonald's, Carvel, Walmart, and the highway, and the motel itself was very quiet. The front desk team, Orlando, Patricia, and Evie, were so friendly and accommodating with everything we needed. Housekeeping was on point, happy to help if I needed something, and very friendly too. Coffee and tea are available all day and night. Breakfast was wonderful, with bacon, sausage, eggs, kielbasa, waffles, French toast, fruit, yogurt, juice, bagels, and lots more. The lobby is gorgeous, the beds and linens are comfortable, and the rooms have brand new air conditioners and heaters. They also put cookies out throughout the day and night, one of my favorite little treats. This hotel has been nothing short of amazing, and I’d highly recommend Comfort Inn in Naugatuck for a night or a longer stay.
