We’ve stayed at multi-condo places in Navarre, Fort Walton, and Miramar before, and they’re usually busy and noisy. Navarre Towers was quiet, and we barely heard anything. We really enjoyed our time there and will book again.

A best-kept secret in Florida. The beaches are so relaxing, the grounds are nicely maintained, and the pool is clean and peaceful.

We’ve been visiting Navarre for several years, after first driving through on a trip to Pensacola. We love the area, and Navarre Towers was much quieter than Summerwind. After Summerwind’s parking boot policy, I won’t go back there. As first-time guests here, though, we found the signs confusing and spent 10-15 minutes trying to locate our condo. Our unit had no porch light, which made arriving late difficult, and the shutter doors were a bit creepy and in the way. We stayed in NT 501 Pelican’s Nest. It’s much like other places I’ve seen in Navarre, with some upgrades, though the old, scratched cabinetry and probably original, very short bathroom vanity could use attention. The layout is generally good, with lots of closets, which rentals often lack. Both bathrooms are really narrow. The updated master shower has an odd raised step and no door, so water sprayed everywhere. It’s so close to the vanity that there’s barely room to turn around and dry off. The second bathroom has a tub with doors, making it hard to bathe my toddler. That bedroom is also small and dated. It would’ve been tight if we’d brought my in-laws or another family. When we arrived, the room had been sprayed so heavily with deodorizer that it gave us headaches. Maybe something had happened with the prior rental, or perhaps that’s normal, but a milder scent or less spray would help. The microwave smelled strongly of something burnt when we used it, probably popcorn. Compared with most Navarre rentals, this one was sparsely stocked: no salt or pepper, beach toys, or extra chairs. Not a deal breaker, but those things have saved us money elsewhere. The biggest problem was having no ramp down to the beach. My elderly parents couldn’t manage the steps and had to settle for the view. Most nearby properties have at least one. I saw people damaging the dune while hauling wagons down, which could be avoided with a ramp. We’d consider returning, but would need a larger unit.

We stayed from May 28th thru June 3rd, two couples in unit 1203, a 2BR, 2 Bath condo. It’s an older place but very well maintained and updated, with gorgeous balcony views. The beach is well kept and not too crowded, even on weekends, and the walk down takes about 3-5 minutes. The condo has lovely beach-themed decor and was stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, and other things we needed. Both bedrooms have king beds, and the second also has a twin. The master bed was very comfortable. Its bathroom has a tub and shower combo, while the other bedroom has a large tiled shower without a tub.

Quiet, beautiful rooms right on the beach. I’ve been coming here for the week of Father’s Day for 15 years.
