The location is the big draw. These townhouses have their own shaded beach on the bay side, which is nice in the hot summer, and they’re near the only restaurants and convenience stores on the whole beach.

The kitchen gear was pretty beat up, and the coffee machine didn't work. There weren't any beach towels, despite that being listed, so I'm glad I packed my own. The condo also doesn't have four twin beds: it's two twins plus a twin mattress on the floor. The stair rail was broken, too.

I had a good stay. Since guests have to take out the trash and load the dishes into the dishwasher at checkout, it would help to have extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent available.

Everyone staying there was really friendly, and the pier was great to see at sunset and after dark. The condos were great too. If we get the chance to rent one again, I think we will.

The place was clean, organized, and nicely updated, which made it a great home for our vacation. I'd definitely recommend Jan's home.
