We liked having access to the beach, but the rules and regulations were too much for us, so we wouldn't stay again. The resort seems to want to present itself as luxurious without offering the amenities to match, while imposing a lot of rules around the pool, parking, and other areas. They weren't enforced evenly, either. Another woman and I were told we couldn't put our non-water drinks on the pool ledge, while a man was allowed to set his beer there and drink it without anyone speaking up.

From the balcony, the Gulf views are beautiful, and the water can turn that perfect turquoise shade. The white sand and relaxed setting make it easy to sit outside and enjoy a real beach vacation. Summerwind Resort is in a great spot in Navarre Beach, and it's hard to beat for a beachfront stay with scenery like this.

We stayed in 1003, right by the elevator, which made coming and going easy since I'd broken my left and right foot. The condo was beautiful and so quiet and relaxing. The owner was very nice and easy to reach. It's next to the pier and close to everything. I'd definitely come back.

There's lots of noise, and the beach and pool get packed. Being next to the pier and public beach access means this stretch of beach is VERY CROWDED! These are low-end, budget rentals, so you get what you pay for. For a quieter, nicer vacation, stay at one of the condos a little farther down.

The emerald ocean and white sand are beautiful, with the beach right in the backyard. There's great food nearby, and the Gulf's longest pier is next door.
