I wouldn't stay here again. A staff member broke my computer monitor during my visit, and although I was told I'd get a comped night, that never happened. The noise was awful too, like a herd of elephants above me. When I told the front desk, the staffer said she'd called the people upstairs and "they said it wasn't them." That response made me feel issues aren't taken seriously here. The hotel advertises a restaurant and bar, but while the space is there, it's not operating, so don't count on using it. Between the noise, the response from staff, the broken monitor, and the promised compensation that never came, I'd strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

As someone who stays with Marriott often, this experience has made me unsure about coming back to this location. Before checkout, staff tried to come into my room several times, once in the morning and again around midday. I asked the front desk about it and was told they had my keys, even though I was still in the room and had my key with me. Then, at about 1:50 p.m. while I was checking out, I left my room and went downstairs briefly to put things in my car. A staff member asked, “Oh, does that mean you’re gone now?” Both moments pointed to poor communication and a lack of professionalism.

The room was roomy and spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Staff were friendly and quick to respond, and it was a quiet spot for a reasonable price. Breakfast was amazing, especially the gluten-free muffins and cage-free eggs. 10/10, thank you!

I’m a Platinum Elite member with Marriott International, and I've never experienced anything like this at a Marriott. Marijuana smell filled the whole property constantly, from my room and its ventilation to the hallways, elevators, and lobby. It was inescapable and deeply unpleasant. This raises serious concerns for me about air quality, enforcement of the no-smoking rules, and management oversight. Guests shouldn't have to breathe these fumes throughout their stay. The property needs to find the source, enforce its policies, and properly clean and remediate the affected areas and ventilation system. This was unacceptable and unprofessional, a major management failure. The property needs an urgent investigation and audit, and should be held accountable for basic hospitality standards. I'd strongly urge others to reconsider staying here until these issues are resolved.
