There are other hotels, so I don't stay here anymore. After four stays, I know the double charge is likely to happen again, and I don't want another hassle. Twice they booked me into two rooms and charged for both, even though it was just me with one bag. When I called to dispute it, they acted like I was making it up. The hotel itself is clean and nice, but the owners need to sort this out. If you do stay, check carefully that the front desk has charged you the right amount.

There wasn't any breakfast when I stayed, and the beds were so uncomfortable my husband managed only 20 minutes of sleep before packing up and heading home. No pool or hot tub either, and the ice machine and vending machines were empty. Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

A nice, clean place with a good little breakfast. Everyone was very friendly. Well done ♥️

The room was spotless, and the staff were great. On our second day the key cards quit working, but the front desk fixed the problem within minutes. We also asked the cleaning staff for extra pillows and towels, and they were waiting in the room when we got back that evening. The room was amazing again. The location was easy to find, with an O'Reilly auto parts about 100 yds away, which came in handy when I needed a new battery. Russell's is right next door, and there are restaurants nearby. The rooms themselves are pretty standard, nothing spectacular, but I really enjoyed the stay. One of the cleanest places I've stayed, and I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

I had two disabled kiddos with me on a last-minute family emergency trip, and the staff member who was there when I arrived at 3:30 a.m. was compassionate and understanding. My eyes were literally closing and I was struggling to stay awake while driving, so I couldn't make the drive home. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it. I'd give more than five stars if I could. Five stars just doesn't do this hotel justice.
