Low stress and exceptional service. Nick and Nita are such friendly, accommodating owners, and the rooms are spacious. Staff were happy to help with requests. After a bad stay at another hotel recently, they made room for me and my older dog, which I really appreciated. It was a positive change, and I wish I'd booked with them first. I'd recommend this place to locals and anyone coming to New Braunfels for its festivities. Thank you, Nick and Nita.

I was in New Braunfels house hunting and had a wonderful stay. My room was extremely quiet, even so close to I-35, and the fresh, clean bedding was appreciated. Housekeeping also let me sleep in each morning without bothering me. The service was excellent, with friendly, attentive staff. The place could use some updates, but the experience deserves five stars. Thank you!

For work, I didn't get a chance to use the pool, though it looked awesome. My stay was great: the room was big, the beds and pillows were comfy, and the bathroom was clean and nice. Every staff member was really friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. I'd absolutely recommend staying here over any other hotel in New Braunfels. A must stay!

The location is the one nice thing here. I lasted 2-3 hours, tops. The room smelled nasty, the couch armrests were dirty, the walls were filthy, and the room never cooled down enough to be comfortable. There were roaches partying in the tub. Save your money, time, and headache. They won't refund you. DON'T DO IT!

The lobby was super hot, and my room was dirty, with stains on the sheets. There was no hot water either. I paid $86 online, then was told at the desk that there was a required $50 deposit, though the website never mentioned one. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money!
