Courtyard New Braunfels River Village

The remodel has changed this place completely. The rooms are now bright, fresh, and spotless, and you can tell they put real care into the work. I've returned to Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village several times and have enjoyed seeing it improve. Kendall at the front desk deserves a special mention. She's there to greet me when I check in, and her warmth and kindness make me feel at ease as soon as I walk in. It's reassuring to be welcomed by someone so personable. With the refreshed rooms and lovely staff, they've really raised the bar. If you're thinking of visiting New Braunfels, give the property a look. Speaking of the bar, I'm heading down there now...

I was here for a friend's wedding and had a wonderful time. Sitting by the river and relaxing on the beautiful back deck was lovely. The staff were so nice, and the bistro and bar were amazing. They even look after cats on the property.

The courtyard and river access are stellar, and it was honestly the cleanest room I've been in since 2019. We had a few hiccups, but the service was chef's kiss. Amber and Randi were so kind and went above what I expected to make sure the visit ended on a wonderful note. We truly appreciate you both and will definitely be back.

The room itself was comped, but they couldn’t do anything about the charge I’d already paid. I ended up about $130 out of pocket after being moved to a much less desirable room overlooking the parking lot. I’d booked a river-view room for my wife and me, then called the day before to confirm. A front desk employee canceled the reservation, and when we arrived they said they couldn’t honor it. That mistake put a real damper on what was meant to be a stress-free weekend. Very disappointing.
