We loved waking up to views of the Comal and deer in the morning. The house was clean, and the kids had a blast in the pool over spring break. It was a quiet family getaway, and the hot tub was great for warming up. We’ll definitely make this a regular vacation spot.

There’s plenty of parking, three spaces per unit, and the property is well maintained. We also had a pool and hot tub. Schlitterbahn is right across the street, the river is close by, and downtown and its restaurants are an easy walk.

We stayed in a really nice apartment, neat, clean, and equipped with what we needed. The complex has a back entrance to the Comal River and sits right across from Schlitterbahn Water park. You can book through several vacation websites, and I don’t think you’ll regret choosing this place.

Unit 205-B is on the second floor, with a little balcony you can reach from either the master bedroom or the living room. It looks out toward the parking lot, though a mature oak gives it shade. The 2ND/2BA condo was lovely, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with newer, comfortable furniture.
