I enjoyed the quick, simple experience. Jenny was there, and the virtual kiosk was okay. You do need patience while waiting for a person. R had already booked!

We left around midnight on the first night and found a much better hotel three minutes away. My son and I had booked three nights while he was in a state tournament at the nearby high school, but we didn't feel safe enough to stay. Men were hanging around outside near both rooms through the night, and the sheets didn't seem clean. There were dead bugs in the bathtub, and the place looked nothing like the pictures. The desk guy didn't ask what was wrong or whether he could help. We didn't even bother trying to get a refund after leaving before we'd spent one night there. I don't recommend it. What a waste of money.

There was mold on the curtains, stained lampshades, mildew in the toilet, and stains throughout the room. It smelled like a smoking room with wet dogs. This place used to be decent, but it has changed completely. There’s no front desk agent, just a kiosk and someone on video chat. My first room stank of cigarettes, and every piece of fabric on the bed had burn holes. They moved me to another room, but its door was wide open and there were no sheets on the bed. I had to go back to the desk to get hotel staff to put some on. Even then, the stains were still everywhere. I booked through Expedia. When I contacted them, they said the hotel had denied my refund, so I went back to the “Front desk” and video chatted with another agent to demand a refund because of the health hazards. Don’t stay here. Go anywhere else.

The room smelled like mildew, and there was dried urine on the toilet seat and old noodles in the microwave. We got stuck outside too. I’d booked the jacuzzi king, then was told the next day that it was being renovated. Why let me reserve a room that isn’t available? We booked the holiday inn the next day, which was a much better choice. The rooms look nothing like the pictures.
