The location is great, the property is gated, and many historical sites are within walking distance. But our air conditioner took more than two weeks to get repaired. I was told the owner took about a week just to approve the repair. While we waited, the humidity was so high that my DS children struggled to sleep. I pay rent on time every month, and being left in those conditions felt unfair and inhumane. Too much indoor heat can be dangerous, especially for children, disabled residents, and people with chronic health conditions. Long delays on essential repairs can add stress, worsen symptoms, and lower quality of life. The AC was finally fixed today, but it shouldn’t have taken so long or required so much effort. Tenants deserve safe conditions and timely repairs.
