The courtyard was a highlight for our wedding weekend at the Terrell House. It made the celebration feel intimate and elegant, with a distinctly New Orleans character, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the property was. They also raved about the food. We stayed there with our extended family and held our wedding on the property. The house has so much charm and history, yet it was comfortable and welcoming for a large group. Everyone had room to relax and spend time together in the bedrooms and shared spaces, which made the weekend even more special. The staff were wonderful to work with and helped everything run smoothly. We're grateful for the memories and would absolutely recommend the Terrell House for family stays, events, or weddings. It was a magical place for such an important weekend.

The courtyard was a peaceful, leafy retreat, and we spent every morning there with coffee. Terrell House was the highlight of our New Orleans trip. The mansion is beautifully preserved, with antiques and grand architectural details that make it feel like a step back to the mid-1800s. A wonderfully authentic New Orleans stay.

We were in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament and spent most of the time at a convention center, but it was delightful whenever we got to the house. Every staff member we met was amazing. We had a lovely breakfast with wonderful people, and the bed was so good. Just be aware, attic rooms have steep stairs, so don't book one if that's a problem for you.

Reva and Marshell made me feel so welcome and cared for during my October visit. They were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout, with a warmth that made the hospitality feel truly personal. Terrell House itself is beautiful, full of character and charm, and immediately feels like home. The elegant decor and inviting atmosphere show how much care has gone into the place. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. I can't recommend Terrell House Bed & Breakfast enough, whether you're visiting for a getaway or want to enjoy New Orleans with hosts who treat you like family.

There’s a park nearby for walking the dog, and breakfast was really nice. The house is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We especially loved Copper, the resident cat!
