Americas Best Value Inn New Paltz

Gail at the front desk was warm, friendly, and helpful, which made a great first impression. I travel by road and book rooms as I go, and this is one of the cleanest, most distinctive budget hotels I’ve stayed in during months on the road. The room was spotless and well appointed, the bed comfortable with a medium-firm mattress and three pillows, and continental breakfast was included. I’d recommend it if you need a place to stay overnight.

We’ll be back next year. The whole property, including the rooms and common areas, was extremely clean, and the place was quiet and peaceful right off the highway. The woman who helped us was warm and welcoming. Breakfast had lots to choose from, with an excellent coffee, latte, and cappuccino machine. The juice dispenser had apple, orange, and electrolyte berry water, too.

I booked this at the last minute while heading north after the better-known chains were full. It worked perfectly for a quick overnight stop: the room was clean and neat, with plenty of towels, nice soaps, and a great shower. Breakfast was an easy bonus before I left, and the small, comfortable lobby had snacks and convenience items. The staff made it feel like they were welcoming you into their home. My only complaint is that the pillows were a little hard. I’d stay again. Thanks!

Fast check-in and check-out, friendly staff, clean room, and a comfy bed. The latte machine was on point, too. I’ll stay here next time I’m in town, and I’d recommend it.
