After 13 hours on the road, we needed a hot meal, and the owner kindly pointed us to a place to get one. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge TV, and they had coffee ready to take in the morning. We even got to meet their sweet puppy. There’s a liquor store right across the street, too. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a ton of fun on our trip in early January. The owners are great, really down to earth, and even put on a fish fry for our whole group one night. The lodging worked out perfectly. We’re already planning to come back next year.

The rooms were amazing, and the staff were both kind and professional. I’ve stayed in a lot of places while traveling, and this is one of the best. It was a truly wonderful experience.

We had a great day on the ice with guide Jake, who helped us catch walleyes and perch. The lodge also served homemade hot lunch each day, which I loved. After fishing, our recently updated room was a nice place to come back to. Kim checked in about how our 11 hour drive was going and shared a few last minute updates for the trip. Matt and Kim made the whole ice fishing experience wonderful. Thanks again to Matt, Kim and Jake. We’ve already booked for next year!

It was my first time in ND and my first time ice fishing, and Kim and Matt made it a perfect experience. Big shout out to our guide DJ! The rooms are adequate, really just somewhere to crash. We had the best time, and the fishing experience was top notch.
