There’s a lovely balcony view and the pool was nice, with easy access to the ocean. The three-bedroom condo gave our family of nine plenty of space, and we made it work, but the place needs repairs and replacements. Half the outlets worked, none of the bathroom outlets did, and we heard lots of loud mice in the ceilings. The blue building was badly rusted and peeling. The beds were a real problem: the rusty, uncomfortable springs showed through the mattress, and one poked me while I was making up the pullout bed, though it didn’t break the skin. The sheets I used had what looked like dried blood or rust stains. I didn’t hate the place, but it badly needs an exterminator and new mattresses.

I stayed here because my aunt couldn’t use her timeshare. It’s right on the beach, and there’s a pool for anyone worried about the sharks, since there are a lot of them here.

The location is the one good thing here. The property feels outdated throughout, and the staff came across as uncaring and rude, with no real sense of guest service. If you end up in the building across the street, expect something that feels like a low-rent motel.

We come here twice a year for three or four weeks at a time, and the staff are friendly, friendly, friendly. They go out of their way to help with restaurant suggestions and ideas for things to do. There are lots of books, games, and videos on the ground floor that you can take up to your room. Housekeeping is great too, and they’re there every day when you need things cleaned. The place is right on the beach, with a heated pool, barbecues nearby, and beach access. It’s hard to go wrong here.
