We loved our stay in condo 404 at the tower. Thank you!

Our stay in room 502 at Coronado Towers was peaceful and really nice. The condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated, and the oceanfront view was awesome. I loved being able to look out at the ocean while washing dishes.

The place itself is nice, but make sure you understand what you’re signing up for. I had a bad feeling when I first met the owner and wish I’d trusted my instinct. My family and I are clean and respectful, but after checkout the owner sent a really insulting text about the condo’s condition. He listed five or six things that were either easy to fix or untrue, including saying my family couldn’t use garbage cans because Capri sun straw wrappers were on the floor. My husband called twice, but the owner didn’t answer. He had already cashed our deposit check, and we only reached him by calling from another number. He had no proof of the things he claimed we’d done, like chipping a Wii remote, staining the carpet, or losing two towels. I can understand the makeup on the towels he said I ruined, but my towels come clean every time I get makeup on them, and I wasn’t trying to be careless. I believe he intended to keep my deposit from the start because we didn’t rent for a full week. If you rent here, I’d get a written list of what the deposit covers, what’s already wrong with the condo, and proof of anything they say you damaged. I’m willing to take responsibility for my actions, and a simple, polite conversation could have ended this much better.

The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We had gorgeous views, and everyone we met was so kind. My wife and I have never stayed anywhere nicer. Thanks to everyone at coronado towers for such a fantastic vacation.
