The rooms have been newly renovated, with beautiful views and great beach access. The owners were easy to reach and really helpful, and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!

Oceana has been our family’s beach getaway for more than two decades, so it hurts to write this. I wanted to treat my mom for her 80th birthday and thought our home away from home would be perfect. On the website I chose two nights in an oceanfront condo on the 5th floor. It showed a total with taxes, let me enter my card details and agree to the terms, then gave an error saying the stay didn’t meet minimum requirements. That was the first mention of a minimum stay. There was nothing about it on the website or reservation page, and the site had let me select and book two nights. I contacted the property management company. Brittany was sweet and understood why I was frustrated. She gave me her manager Stefanie’s email and suggested I reach out. Stefanie replied that they were going to update the website and she would put this “on the list.” She wouldn’t honor my request for two nights, though she said I could wait until a couple of days before and maybe she could then. I was surprised by the poor business practices and customer service. I guess this happens when a third-party company takes over. They don’t seem to care about keeping or gaining customers. We used to call the front desk and speak with the same gentleman who had been behind the counter for years and knew our favorite condo. Those days are gone. We’ll be staying next door instead, where they were happy to fit us in for two nights. Our family vacations at Oceana are over.
