Ocean Eleven Suites

The unit was very clean, stocked with a full set of cookware, and the staff were attentive about getting us the essentials. The hotel itself has been updated nicely. Still, the bed was so uncomfortable, all spring coils, that I couldn't sleep without buying a thick mattress topper for another $150. The bedroom had no air conditioning of its own, just the living room unit, so we had to leave the bedroom door open to get airflow. There were no curtains either, and the bright mornings were rough, especially with a bad hangover. The washer and dryer were locked and unavailable during our stay. “Jeremy said they were working on something in the laundry area and to come back tomorrow.” We went the next day to wash our clothes. Housekeeping also doesn't handle the towels, so guests have to wash them before checkout, which was a hassle. We paid $1,061 for five days in May. I'm sure June or July will cost more. With the extra things we had to buy along the way, the suite didn't meet my expectations.

We were skeptical after seeing the exterior photos, but ended up completely satisfied with both places we booked, the pool house and a two-bedroom suite for a last-minute family holiday. Booking was easy, and Jeremy on staff was helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. Both units were very clean and had the comforts and amenities of home. We enjoyed the pool, gazebo, and grill area, and appreciated having a hose to rinse off the sand. We'll definitely book again.

Being by the beach and comfortable has been a real blessing, whether I'm working on the road or staying for a short or extended visit. Jeremey is one of the best. He has so much respect for this place and the people who come here. I couldn't be more grateful.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable that my mother, who has back problems, slept like a baby. Great location, and the beach was an easy walk. We didn't get enough soap for the days we stayed, and I couldn't connect to the WiFi at all. Still, we enjoyed the stay and will be back with the rest of the family before summer ends.
