The condo itself is beautiful, spacious and terrific. The pool is a different story. The guard watches you so closely that even a little splash gets you scolded. You can’t do anything and relax there. It feels like spotting a police car while driving and quickly buckling up, putting both hands on the wheel and turning down the radio. I definitely won’t return. If you don’t plan to swim, though, the units are great.
It really felt like renters weren’t welcome, and the owners were very rude. Building 13 was terrible. The owners in unit 203 smoked constantly on their balcony, so we couldn’t use ours or open the door for fresh air. We brought it up with them, but they didn’t care.
Our family of six stayed in 1-501 in mid-July. The corner unit has a great layout, with room for a couple more people if needed. We loved the views, the easy walk to the beach, and the amenities. Under-building parking, elevator access and that corner location were all great. We’ll be back.
The condos are nice, but I will never rent here again. The community seems to dislike Airbnb, VRBO and renters in general. We were harassed over swimming, sitting on the patio and even walking in the hallway. People kept saying they were on the HOA board and would put a violation on our door for anything and everything. Everyone we encountered who owned a unit was incredibly rude. The property was also confusing to navigate, with the gates and codes for the gate and garage. I won’t spend my money here again. Thanks for making our Mother’s Day vacation awful.
