A great place to stay in Brooklyn/Williamsburg, with public transportation nearby for getting around NYC. The rooms were well maintained, bathrooms clean, and beds comfortable. It has the basic amenities you’d want, plus on-site parking, a gym, bar, and restaurant. The lounge downstairs by the bar and restaurant is really nice, and there’s happy hour every day. A must-stay if you’re in the area.

The rooms were clean and the hotel looked very nice, but the billing left a bad impression. Our reservation for four people included four breakfasts per day for the whole stay. At check-in, we were told only two of us could have breakfast and that it would be $15 per person. We accepted that and ate for less than $15 per person per day for the two of us. When we checked out, we were charged for all those breakfasts, even though they were meant to be included in the reservation. They said they’d email after speaking with the bar manager, but I never heard from them. The hotel is run by dishonest people. I strongly advise against staying if you don’t want to waste your money.

I had a room booked for yesterday, Jan 30 until 31st. I reserved it on the 29th without cancellation insurance because I was definitely going to stay. Unfortunately, I got bad news that morning about a family member passing and had to cancel. At first, I was told there’d be no refund and that I’d have to pay a cancellation fee. The next evening, they reimbursed the full cost. I really appreciate their generosity, since I know they have a policy. I’ll be visiting soon.

On our last day, we were charged extra with no explanation. As we were heading to the airport, the receptionist said the manager would call us back to arrange a refund, but we never heard from them. I called several times; they left me on hold for ages and then hung up out of nowhere. Disgraceful. You can probably find somewhere better, but if you do stay, keep an eye on your transactions.
