45 Times Square Hotel

I’ve visited NYC often, and this was my first time staying at Hyatt Centric Midtown/Times Square. I was there for 7 nights and plan to book this hotel on future visits. It’s well placed for tourist sights, shopping, restaurants, subway transport, grocery stores like Whole Foods, and convenience stores. There are two coffee shops across the street and an eatery a few doors down. The rooms are well maintained, and housekeeping is top notch. I’m picky about cleanliness, and the hotel clearly puts effort into making guests comfortable. The leadership seems to train staff and pay attention to details. The gym and rooftop bar are very good, and the front desk is well staffed, courteous, and welcoming. There’s a security person by the elevators, and you need a key card to use them. There’s no room service, but NYC food delivery is exceptional, with anything you want available 24/7. My only complaint is the cafe next to the hotel. It’s overpriced, has limited food choices, and the service is subpar, with zero customer service focus. But there are so many other options that you don’t need to use it. Great hotel, can’t go wrong.

The room was quiet, clean, modern, and stylish, with a safe and mini-fridge. The updated bathroom had a rain shower and a cozy color scheme. Restaurants, shows, and Times Square sights were all within walking distance, and I didn’t hear street or traffic noise. As a regular Hyatt member, I was very pleased with the hotel’s quality and service. Everyone I dealt with at check-in was friendly and courteous, including the valet, security, and front desk staff. A very nice Hyatt hotel. I’ll definitely book again.

Dede at the front desk made my birthday stay feel special. She was attentive, kind, and clearly made an effort. That kind of care meant a lot, and I can’t wait to return. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view alone is worth booking. The location couldn’t be better. A beautiful experience, thank you.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Centric Times Square. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quite spacious by NYC standards. Times Square was just a short walk away, so it was easy to get around. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.
