Breakfast from room service was a highlight, and the restaurant and bar are worth visiting too. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore New York, though I was just as happy staying in and enjoying how comfortable and beautiful it was. My room had lovely details and that Parisian elegance, and the service felt thoughtful all the way through, with a real smile from everyone I met. Shawn made a particularly warm impression at check-in, and Sharia, Babou, and the rest of the team helped make my short NYC stop after Paris feel special. I left feeling refreshed and pampered, and would love to come back.

The bar was a favorite, with a gorgeous setting and great cocktails, and the hotel itself is stunning. Housekeeping kept everything in excellent order and clearly noticed the small details. We were there for our one-year-old’s birthday, and the people made the stay feel special. The doormen, especially Calvin and another man with glasses whose name I can’t recall, were so kind to our little one and welcomed us warmly whenever we came or went. The hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful from the start. We can’t wait to return.

The food was a real strength, beautifully presented and well prepared, with friendly service. Even room service came quickly and arrived thoughtfully arranged. I also felt well looked after by the staff, who were warm and attentive, while still giving me privacy. They seemed to anticipate things I needed before I asked. My room was spotless and comfortable, with plush bedding, elegant furnishings, a calming layout and lighting, and considerate touches that made it feel almost like home. Housekeeping refreshed and arranged everything each day. The hotel’s polished décor and subtle scent in the lobby added to its refined atmosphere without making it feel stuffy. For business, romance, or a restful break, it offers a high level of comfort and service. I had a great stay and hope to return. Highly recommended.

The hotel looked even prettier in person than in the photos, and we were thrilled to get a room upgrade. The staff were accommodating and lovely throughout. All the china is Baccarat, which makes the stay feel like the full experience. I’d wanted to stay here for a while, so booking it for my New York trip was exciting, and it lived up to that. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels, which I recommend. A frequent-traveler tip: reserve early for a better price, and use the hotel’s own website instead of Expedia.
