I’ve been here for a year and just renewed for two more. I’ve been pleased with my stay so far. The building has five elevator banks, so waits are pretty reasonable for a 51-story building. The front desk staff, porters, and maintenance crew are mostly friendly and helpful. There are several train lines nearby, Trader Joe’s is about a five-minute walk, and there are a few nice gyms close by. Management sends frequent updates about maintenance disruptions to heat, water, or elevators. My service requests were handled promptly, and the more complicated ones were investigated until they were finally resolved. I’d recommend checking it out if you want a nice place in Brooklyn close to the city.

I loved living here. Lana and Carolina in the leasing office did a great job managing the apartment and gave exceptional service. Musa, Christian, and the others were friendly too, and made my life in New York feel safer and more fun.

I’ve lived here for four years. It used to be OK, though the lower quality fixtures compared with nearby buildings were a sign of why it was cheaper. The recurring problems that developed through 2025 and into 2026 have made the building hard to live in. I strongly advise against renting here, whatever the rent. Elevators repeatedly go out of service, leaving exhausted residents coming home from work backed up in the lobby. Repairs can take days or weeks. Heat and water problems happen sporadically. During the major snowstorm on 1/25/2026, we had no heat for 24 hours. Since September 2025, management has emailed me about these issues 20 times. Every six months or so, they wax the floors in the middle of the night, apparently as a cosmetic fix. The fumes are so strong you have to seal your door with duct tape or sleep somewhere else. That advice came from the doorman. Residents are starting to organize rent strikes. Nobody should have to tolerate these disruptions at any rent.

The new management team is doing a great job. The lobby floors are being renovated, and regular elevator maintenance seems to have stopped the previous problems. The trash areas have also improved a lot, and are noticeably cleaner and more organized. I really appreciate the team’s clear effort to improve and maintain the building.
