Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center

I came in at midnight completely worn out after a 16-hour subway shift. I was having trouble completing an online reservation, and the woman at the hotel sat me down, offered coffee, and gave me room to relax and finish it. Then she gave me a free upgrade to a suite with an amazing view and snacks. The price was more than fair, just a quarter of what I expected. I’ll always remember that kindness, and if I end up in the same situation again, I’ll definitely return.

For my first work trip to New York, this hotel worked out really well. Most things were close by and easy to reach on foot, and the staff were so friendly. Lukash especially made us feel welcome and safe. He was kind, quick to help, and took care of whatever we needed right away. He’s a real gem with a bright future. I’d happily stay here again for work :)

I was concerned after seeing reviews about the staff, but everyone I met was polite, friendly, and helpful. My stay ended up much better than I expected. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The little kitchenette was a big plus for buying food and heating it up, so this works well for a longer stay. The location was convenient too. I arrived early in the morning and they let me check in right away. My room’s view wasn’t great, but I didn’t mind, and I appreciated being offered a different room later. I stayed put. Highly recommended!

The kitchenette in my room made things really convenient, with a sink, fridge, microwave, and little two-burner stove. I also liked the refillable water stations on every floor. The hotel felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s right by the World Trade Center and Oculus, with several subway lines nearby, so getting around was easy. I arrived before my room was ready and relaxed in the roomy lobby, which had plenty of seats, coffee, tea, and water. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and they checked me in before long with a surprise room upgrade. I’d hoped for a better view, but the early check-in and upgrade made up for it. I had a fantastic stay and would come back.
